Sup. Welcome to my space where I physically cannot spill coffee on it. This space will contain weekly recipes, stories about my day to day life, and struggles with balancing work life and family life. But mostly I will post a lot about food because I love food. I don’t mean fancy food – I mean tacos, cheeseburgers, and pizza.

Oh, here’s a Weight Loss update:
CPAP has arrived! I’m very excited to see if this helps my energy level. 2lbs down to date. Monthly check-ins with my Doctor to monitor weight loss progress & blood pressure. I am supposed to be loosing 1-2lbs per week while on Phentermine. Trying not to eat my feelings, but I’ve got loads of them.
